Our Foundation:

Dave Braunscheidel started DB Construction in 1987 to offer clients a custom home for a competitive price. Dave’s degree in Construction Technology focused heavily on Architectural Design. Dave’s passion is to build homes tailored to his clients wishes – for an affordable price. Mike Dehn, along with Bill Wilson, bring years of practical experience to DB Construction. They have been hands-on in all aspects of home building and bring their critical eye to all phases of construction. We believe that architecture is more than designing buildings. We work with our clients to craft memorable spaces. It’s been said you actually get 3 builders with DB Construction, and you always get 1 on your site. We personally supervise our sites.
