Design:

DB Construction has been helping customers design homes specific to their needs since 1987. Our experience in designing homes lets us give you a “custom fit” home. We’ve designed plans from customers ideas and customized plans to meet specific needs. We are able to determine the best type of home for the site making it look like the lot was designed for the home.

Build:

We are able to take our plans, or yours, and provide a smooth building experience. We have built in Davidson, Wilson, Rutherford, and Williamson Counties. We have built in over 20 different neighborhoods priced from One Hundred Thousand to well over One Million. We have experience in all phases of the construction process and providing customer service after closing.
